1. Legal Notice and Binding Agreement

By proceeding with this purchase, the buyer (“Client”) agrees to these legally binding terms. This electronic acceptance holds the same force as a signed written contract.

2. Product Specification Acknowledgment

• Materials are flake format, 99.9998% purity.
• For licensed institutional or industrial use only.
• No warranty is provided for consumer use.

3. Buyer Qualification and Hazard Responsibility

• Client must have valid hazardous material handling permits.
• No export, resale, or misuse in violation of U.S. or international law.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Terms

• Orders ship 5–7 business days after confirmed payment.
• Shipped by FedEx or Aegis Security Courier (based on volume and location).
• Asia region: fulfillment may be through our Philippines distributor.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
• Order processing starts only after payment verification.
• Unauthorized payments are refunded and cancelled.

6. Refunds, Replacements, and Liability

• All sales are final.
• Replacements issued only for verified damage/errors (within 72 hours).
• No liability for misuse or redistribution post-delivery.

7. NDA and Long-Term Engagements

• Orders over $100,000 require NDA and LOI.
• Multi-year contracts available for qualified industrial clients.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by Florida law. Legal disputes to be resolved in Florida courts or another forum chosen by JaviNano Technology.
