Javi Nanotechnology ordering procedures

  • Download bellow and Modify the Client Application and Products Ordering Terms & Procedures by copying contents onto your company’s letterhead, inserting appropriate date, Purchase Order No., quantity to be ordered, etc.

  • Submit signed Letter of Interest to: sales@javinano.com (return as pdf document)

  • We will then provide quotations once your organization has been validated (or eligible if you are a qualified independent professional). All deliveries are restricted to qualified physical addresses.

  • You can choose to pay and receive a sample prior to full order for testing analysis, subject to the terms of your signed letter of interest required for firm cost quotations. Method of payment will be advised by invoice. Copper samples are 10 grams per unit at cost amount USD $3,750 ea. (US shipping included, foreign orders extra charge) and will be credited to first order invoice amount: 100 grams minimum order quantity or one sample credit per minimum order amount.

  • Purchaser certifies in the ordering procedures it has capacity to safely handle Nano materials.

We, individually and collectively as "Vendors", reserve the right to refuse sale or delivery of products or services to anyone or ship to unqualified addresses at our sole discretion pursuant to industrial espionage protections and global anti-terrorism acts or other safeguarding reasons. End use product developments or applications or end users of products developed or applied technologies are the sole responsibility of the researchers' or corporate buyers' of Javi products supplied invention and design. Javi supplies catalyst materials only and is not responsible for consumers' applications or end product results. We, individually and collectively as "Vendors" of catalyst materials, do not advise Clients how to use materials chosen for any particular application. Our products are manufactured to exacting standards and supplied in conformity to meet industry legal and statutory requirements. Our ordering procedures are intended to protect the intellectual property rights of both Javi Nanotechnology Corp. manufactured products if or where supplied and its Clients' technologies when working with sample or purchased materials.

Order Payment Security. Orders and payments cannot be placed online any of our websites. We conduct all transactions directly with each client. Credit card payments for sample materials or at times full orders are accepted only by Aegis Capital Security for order processing. All other payments are bank wire transfer or company check delivered in advance of material shipments. We do not ship on domestic or international letters of credit or extend credit to any purchasing party unless otherwise approved. All materials ordered are net prepaid plus applicable taxes and shipping charges without exception, including government or non-profit organization orders anywhere in the world, less tax exemptions. Foreign orders may incur duties or customs fees set by the destination country and will be added to the invoice prior to shipping for final payment. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours date of payment receipt.
